You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days after delivery as stated in our Terms & Conditions. Kindly notice that shipping costs are non-refundable if the reason for returning is a personal preference. Returning shipment, in any case, should be arranged and paid by the buyer.
If a shipment is refused by the recipient due to unpaid import duties or taxes, any outbound and return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
ecoBirdy's headquarter is located in Belgium, as well as our warehouse since we produce in small batches.
Kindly note that for delivery addresses in the UK and other non-EU countries, prices exclude taxes (approximately 17% lower than EU pricing). Import duties and taxes may be charged by the courier upon delivery.
For orders shipped to the United States, shipping costs include applicable duties and taxes, so no additional charges will be required upon delivery.
