Return, Refund & Exchange
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days after delivery as stated in our Terms & Conditions. Kindly notice that shipping costs are non-refundable if the reason for returning is a personal preference. Returning shipment, in any case, should be arranged and paid by the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was when you received it. It must also be sent back in the original packaging in the original state.

- Send us an email with your order number to inform us that you are going to return your order.
- After you receive a reply from us, you can arrange the shipping of the product to our address below in Belgium, at your expense.

Please be advised that the product should be returned undamaged, and all the applied shipping expenses and import duties to Belgium would be at your charge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The estimated cost of return depends on a number of factors and cannot be precisely predicted by us. But a realistic estimate is: within Europe: 50 EUR if the box size is below a total length of 200cm, and 100 EUR if the box size is above a total length of 200 cm. Outside of Europe: 200 EUR if the box size is below a total length of 200cm, and 300 EUR if the box size is above a total length of 200 cm.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the products if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, or any additional costs incurred as a result of you not respecting our return shipping instructions.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
