- Communication Assistant (Full time)

Connect, support and grow ecoBirdy’s global relationships. Express brand value through strategic, creative, and consistent communication.

Your Responsibilities:

1.Marketing Communication. Strengthen Our Brand.

  • Strategically plan and create content for social media, newsletters, and digital storytelling.
  • Write brand-aligned stories that communicate our values.
  • Design visual content and layouts, for multiple platforms and channels.
  • Support brand presentation initiatives.

2. Network Communication. Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders.

  • Handle inquiries from press and customers.
  • Update and distribute press releases, product info, and photo archives.
  • Keep organized records of all outgoing communications.
  • Archive and catalogue published content both online and offline.
  • Research and connect with potential partners.

3. General Assistance. Support Daily Operations.

  • Help internal communications.
  • Assist on specific projects.

Your capabilities:

  • Excellent writing skills in English and a real feel for brand language. Using Microsoft Office Word.
  • A proactive communicator with a passion for sustainability and design.
  • Experience operating Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Experience managing Social Media and MailChimp.
  • Good organizational and planning skills , using Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Being flexible, responsible, ready to learn. Emotionally stable and positive.

 

- Office Management Assistant (Part time/ Full time)

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide multidisciplinary support to the team.
  • Manage invoicing and create purchase orders (POs).
  • Monitor logistics and inventory.
  • Maintain relations with clients and suppliers.

Your profile:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility.
  • High level of accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Having a driver's license is a plus.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Multidisciplinaire ondersteuning bieden aan het team.
  • Facturering beheren en inkooporders (PO's) aanmaken.
  • Logistiek en inventaris monitoren.
  • Relaties onderhouden met klanten en leveranciers.

Je eigenschappen:

  • Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid en precisie.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Het hebben van een rijbewijs is een bonus.

 

- Designer Assistant

Required skills: Excellent knowledge of Adobe package (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), 3D program of Rhino and C4D. Experienced with model making. Basic spoken and written English.
